We want you to buy a pair of Galactica without bracing for a fight if it does not work out. Return anything within 30 days for any reason, on us.

The short version
Effective June 17, 2026
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason at all. Return shipping is free. There are no restocking fees and no hidden fees. Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What qualifies
We accept returns for any reason within the 30-day window, whether the fit was off, the color was not what you hoped, or you simply changed your mind. We only ask that items come back in resalable condition, meaning unworn outside the house, with original packaging where possible. Trying a pair on indoors is completely fine and expected.
Window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Reason: any reason, no explanation required.
Condition: unworn outdoors and returned with original packaging where you still have it.
Defective or wrong item: covered fully, including a free replacement or full refund.

How to start a return
1. Email support@galactica.com or call +1 (346) 672-6975 with your order number.
2. We email you a prepaid, free return shipping label, usually the same business day.
3. Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it with the carrier. No printer? Tell us and we will arrange a QR-code option.
4. We email you the moment your return arrives back at our Austin warehouse.
